No Refunds or Exchanges
All custom sneakers are handmade and made-to-order, meaning all sales are final. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
Exceptions & Eligibility for Returns
We will only accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
- Wrong Item Received – If we send you the wrong size or design, we will correct our mistake. The item must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.
- Damaged or Defective Products – If your order arrives damaged due to our handling, please contact us immediately upon receipt with clear photos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations & Mistaken Orders
- If you accidentally placed an order or need to cancel, you must notify us within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, work on your custom sneaker will have begun, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
Processing Returns
